Is gratuity included in my rate?
Yes. Gratuity and tax are included in the rate quoted at the time of your reservation, so there is no separate tip added after your ride.
What are the fees/policies for Extra Stops?
An extra stop along your route is $35 for sedans, private minivans, and SUVs. This applies to stops that are on the way to your final destination and add minimal extra time. If your extra stop is out of the way, in a different town, or adds significant distance or time, please call us at (631) 375-0700 so we can quote the correct price before booking.
How will I pay for my ride?
If you book online, payment is made in full online at the time of reservation. If you book by phone, you can pay by credit card over the phone, or pay in the vehicle — our cars are equipped with credit card machines, and cash is also accepted. We accept all major credit cards.
How do I book a pickup with LI Access Limo?
You can book online, request a free quote, or call us directly. Please provide the pickup address, drop-off location, date, pickup time, number of passengers, luggage details, and your flight information if the trip is airport related.
Do you provide airport car service to JFK, LGA, Newark, and Islip?
Yes. LI Access Limo provides private airport car service to and from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP). We serve travelers across Long Island, Suffolk County, Nassau County, New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Do you track my flight?
Yes. For airport arrivals, LI Access Limo monitors your flight status so your chauffeur can adjust for early arrivals or delays. Please make sure your airline and flight number are entered correctly when booking.
Can I book service from Long Island to NYC or cruise terminals?
Yes. We provide private car service from Long Island to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey, and local cruise terminals, including Manhattan Cruise Terminal, Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, and Cape Liberty in Bayonne.
What are your Rates?
Use the Request a Quote/Make a Reservation form to find out. A 10% Web-only Discount is available if you request a price quote using our website but is not available if you simply make a reservation on the phone. (May not apply to revised rates.)
How are bridge/highway/tunnel/other Tolls paid?
An All-Inclusive Toll Fee is available for many itineraries. If you pre-pay this fee in advance, it covers any and all
tolls during your trip. If you do not pre-pay, you are responsible for paying tolls in cash as they’re passed through.
Let us know if you’d like an All-Inclusive Toll Fee added to your specific itinerary.
What is the waiting time and late policy?
For airport pickups, we include 45 minutes of free waiting time for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals, starting from when your flight lands. For non-airport pickups, please be ready within 15
minutes of your scheduled pickup time. Waiting beyond these windows may result in additional fees.
What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?
Cancel at least 6 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup for a full refund.

How will I receive confirmation for my ride?
After your reservation is received, LI Access Limo sends confirmation by text and/or email. We also confirm important trip details, usually 24 hours before pickup, so the date, pickup time, location, and destination are correct.
Do you offer corporate and executive transportation?
Yes. LI Access Limo provides black car and executive transportation for business travelers, meetings, hotels, airport transfers, roadshows, and hourly service. Corporate travelers can request a sedan or SUV based on passenger count and luggage.
